COVID-19 Update

As small business owners ourselves, we face the same issues as our clients with regards to downtrends affecting many businesses. We at Preferred Payroll, Inc. want to assure you that we remain committed to assisting you with your payroll needs, while ensuring the health and safety of our staff, and clients. Following CDC recommendation to implement social distancing, here is what we are doing to deal with the challenges we all face.

- We are encouraging clients to receive all payroll documents electronically. In this modern age, payroll reports can be delivered via email, or through a secure client portal. This saves you money in postage, courier fees, and quite possibly an extra trip to our location.

- Employers can eliminate the need for live checks by placing employees on direct deposit. For employees without checking or savings accounts, instant issue MasterCard pay cards can be issued. Employees can also be setup with a secure pay stub reporting portal.

- Utilize the tools we have to help you manage your employees, payroll, timekeeping, HR by signing up for Employer on the Go. It's free, and easy to use.

- Report payroll sooner for faster turnaround times. Our ACH (Automated Clearing House) Processor is encouraging clients not to wait until the last minute to submit payroll. Getting your payroll done earlier allows more time for funds to properly move through the banking system, ensures proper funding of payroll expenses, and adequate time to verify the accuracy of reports.

We are positioned to continue servicing all of your needs with no interruption. Many of our employees will be working remotely from the comfort, and safety of their homes. Our staff is dedicated, and united in continuing to serve your payroll needs.

We are grateful for all of our clients, and want to ensure your safety and ours, so we can provide the best service possible.

We will continue to update you as we navigate these challenging times together.

Thank you,
